The Hong Kong Web3 Festival has announced the initial speaker lineup for its 2025 edition, scheduled to take place from April 6th to April 9th. The event will bring together a wide range of experts and leaders in the Web3 space, including representatives such as Paul CHAN Mo-po, the Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Vitalik Buterin, Co-founder of Ethereum, and XIAO Feng, Chairman of Wanxiang Blockchain and CEO of HashKey Group. Other notable speakers include Duncan Chiu, Legislative Council Member for Technology & Innovation Constituency in Hong Kong, and David Bailey, CEO of Bitcoin Magazine.

Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Group will host the Hong Kong Web3 Festival, which is considered Asia’s premier crypto gathering, attracting some of the brightest minds in the Web3 and crypto space. The previous editions of the festival in 2023 and 2024 saw the participation of over 250 exhibitors, more than 800 speakers, 80,000 visitors, and 300 side events.
For the 2025 edition, the festival has formed a strategic alliance with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the region’s trade statutory body. Spanning an area of over 14,000 square meters at the HKCEC, the conference venue is 1.5 times larger than previous editions, providing an ideal environment for networking and learning.
