Soneium Announces Launch of “Soneium For All” Developer Program
Soneium, Sony’s entertainment-focused Layer 2 platform, has announced the launch of “Soneium For All,” a new developer program aimed at supporting blockchain developers in the Consumer and Gaming sectors.
Building on its existing momentum of over 100 live decentralized applications (dApps), 7 million wallets, and up to 1.5 million transactions per day, the program addresses key challenges faced by developers, including funding, user acquisition, and technical implementation. In partnership with Astar Network and Startale Cloud Services, Soneium For All will provide marketing support, technical resources, and grant funding to help developers quickly bring their projects to market. Astar Network is contributing a $30,000 grant pool for projects that integrate its ASTR token, while Startale Cloud Services offers complimentary access to its infrastructure.
The application period for the program opened on June 9, 2025, and will close on June 30, 2025, with winners expected to be announced in late July or early August 2025. The initiative aims to empower creators and foster a more open, creator-driven internet.
