Firth will be taking over from RJ Mark, who will now focus exclusively on his role as Founder.
Bringing with him more than two decades of senior leadership experience in consumer products, technology, and consulting industries, Firth most recently served as Director at the investment group Prosus. In this role, he provided strategic guidance to OLX Group businesses globally in various regional and global General Counsel capacities.
During his time at Prosus, Firth played a pivotal role in the growth of Dubizzle.com from a startup to a nine-figure enterprise. He also held executive positions at Letgo and other entities within the OLX Group. With his extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US, Firth is well-positioned to lead Verasity into its next phase of development.
